The easiest method of payment is Paypal. Its simple, safe and secure. Once we receive your payment, I will send your items by first class post.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email me with details of the products you wish to buy and I will mark them as sold until your cheque arrives.

Delivery
UK Delivery
Order as many items from our website and pay one flat-rate postage price. All UK orders will be sent via first class recorded delivery. This service costs £3.50 and will require a signature upon delivery.
Items are sent in gift boxes/gift bags.
Spend over £50 and postage is free!
International Delivery
We send our International orders via Internationally Signed For delivery. A signature will be required upon arrival. Delivery times vary country to country. Internationally Signed For delivery to Europe costs £5.00 & the rest of the world costs £5.50.
Please note Tempest Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any Custom Charges which may be incurred delivering overseas.
Bespoke Purchases
From the date you place your order with us, your handmade item can take anything up to 3 weeks depending on the item itself. On each item description we have outlined an anticipated timescale for your handmade item to be dispatched, however should this be delayed we will inform you when you place your order.

Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Tempest Jewellery. However, in the event you wish to return your purchase, please notify us in the first instance detailing your name, purchase date and the reason you wish to return your order. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in a new and re-saleable condition and must be returned in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, Tempest Jewellery does not offer a refund on earrings or sets which include earrings unless they are damaged. Tempest Jewellery cannot accept returns from the Bespoke Service as these items are custom made for you. Please be aware that goods are returned at your own expense. Delivery charges will only be refunded in full in the event of the goods being fautly.
